That was actually something i read in my google searching, that a samsung update could have major impact on battery life... is the only solution factory resetting and not allowing the update?

Thanks for the tips. I have addressed all of that except the mobile data. I do have a somewhat weak signal at home so have switched off mobile data to see if that helps. Maybe I'm just expecting too much, maybe it's not as bad as I think. It doesn't seem to me to be near what it was out of...

So this is standard for note 9? This chart may not be reflective of it but there are times it'll drop 3 percent in the time it takes to type this message. I'm positive there has been a notable large dropoff in battery life since out of the box. No doubt in my mind whatsoever

Guess my usage is more than I realized. But I swear battery used to last twice as long with this much usage or more
