Happened to me about a week after getting my Note 2, rebooted the phone and it was working again.

If you tap on the dialer, then tap the menu button, then call settings at the top of that page you will find Call restriction. Tap it and there is an option to toggle Auto reject mode and an option to manage an auto reject list.

Thanks for the help guys, I had read the manual that was included in the APK Multi-Tool and was already editing my system path.When all else fails, RTFB. I haven't had to edit a path since MSDOS 3.3 and that's a long time ago! Just for reference for mine I had to add C:\Program Files...

When I run the script I get a "java not found" error. I have java installed and I also downloaded java from the posted link and let it uninstall and reinstall with no joy. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? EDIT: I'm running Windows 7 x64 if it matters
