    Got it working. I had to add an *email* account, not a corporate account. You enter email and password and select manual setup and proceed from there. I had seen other references to the the manual setup option but you need to create an email account to see it.

    Same problem here. I cannot connect with a new Nexus 7 (2) running 4.3. No problems with a Samsung Blaze running 4.1.
