The reboot did it! Thanks so much 🙂

The floating notifications setting was set to "bubbles" - but switching it to "off" didn't remove the icon. It's only the phone app, yes. It won't let me tap the icon at all - it's like it's too close to the edge of the screen to even register a tap at all.

Hi @mustang7757 ! Thanks for the suggestion. I've tried it but unfortunately it hasn't removed the floating icon. :(

My 9 month old was holding my phone this morning and somehow managed to create this annoying floating shortcut for the Phone app in the bottom left corner of my screen (using a Galaxy Note10). I've encountered these before and managed to delete them by holding and dragging to the "remove" pill...
