I got the email on Monday about this, called them immediately and within a couple hours they said my phone was ready. They initially told me 24-48 hours and that this was happening to a lot of people. The lady on the phone guessed that I had done a pre order for the S7 before I gave her any info.

The best buy I got my phone at was running low on the vr and SD cards. I got the last SD card and one of the last vr. I almost didn't get either but they found them at the last minute.

Got mine today as well. First Android device for me and so far it's great!

Re: Bestbuy Pre-order Status (Post Here) I too got an error for their automated activation system. Lady with best buy customer service said this is happening to a lot of people and it could take 24-48 hours to resolve.
