I'm not sure...I was told my buffering was caused by lack of ram - think speed was not a factor, but the increase in ram cost $10 monthly. That must be correct because the buffering has stopped - but since video is so commonly used, it seems strange that a standard Note has to be upgraded to...

Is it usual to be forced to go from .5 to 2.5 M of ram to avoid buffering in video? I have done that and no more buffering, thank goodness, BUT is this the way it has to be at an extra $10 per month? Robert Keesecker. Posted via Android Central App

I deleted all nav updates to get back to Google nav and it seems to help, BUT it still isn't as stable and intuitive as it used to be - maybe I should just quit whining and learn to make the most of it. Bob Keesecker. Posted via Android Central App

I've had my Note 3 since 10/2 and am amazed. Dropped it from 3 to 31/2 feet onto a tile floor, and apart from heart stoppage, the only effect was to loosen the pen in its slot. Bob Keesecker. Posted via Android Central App

GS2 auto update about three weeks ago to 4.1.2 - surprise. Smoother and the nav is much more stable - does not show as beta. Bob Keesecker. Posted via Android Central App

Got the update at Samsung Experience a month ago. Seems to be working OK, but then I'm not that knowledgable. One thing: a beta version of what I guess is a new version of Google Nav replaced the app I had and it doesn't work as well or as logically as the original. Tried to reload the original...
