The items you've shown are very small. I'd scroll more through the list of files to find the culprits. Perhaps you have thumbnails, podcasts or zinio magazines?
Apps2SD is not an app, it's a feature to allow you to move applications to an external SD card. Go to Settings->More->Application manager, select an app, then there is a button called "Move to SD card".
AudioManager Pro allows you to make profiles to set Alarm, Media, Ringer, Alerts, System, Voice Call levels separately. It doesn't completely answer your question regarding separate notifications for email/texts but it could be worth a look.
