I've been in touch with t- mobile, surely they should have suggested this. If there is a problem with the phone I can send it Bach within the two weeks. Thank you for your help.

Can anybody tell me if you should hear a ringtone os sound when you get a email. My s4 doesn't make a sound and I don't get a notification in the top left hand corner. I have checked the settings numerous times. Robert Downie . :(

Can you tell me if the notification sounds work on the galaxy s4. I get no sound at all when I get an e-mail, but it sounds when I get a text. I think there is something wrong with the phone and I'm thinking about send it back as I've only had ot 8 days. I also think its very slow loading pages...
