When adding phone number in contact at bottom left is a "* # (" key. Touch it and its self explanatory. Can t seem to find anything to just dial from phone keypad.

Same here. Just got replacement a week ago and still same. Screen freezes, answer and still bibs, screen black and phone UN responsive. I can be doing a text message and the screen will stop responding about a second. It has done it twice just in writing this. Call tmo and tgey say reset phone...
