So if you have 1 gig they won't offer the double data, I just talked to them. I asked if I change it to 2 gigs can they double it and they said that no you have to have had the 2 gigs or higher before the promotion started. Grrrrr

Seriously? Where did you hear about this? I literally just called them 30 minutes ago asking about getting more data for the same cost I pay now and she couldn't do anything.

I'd like to agree that this is definatley the fix. I was very frustrated that I could barely hear anyone on the phone and then I did a google search and realized my ear wasn't in the right spot! So now I just move the phone a bit and I can actually hear the person on the other end.

Wow I cannot believe what I've gone through today with this phone. I installed the update, factory reset, wifi wouldnt connect at all.
