My note 5 touch screen does not respond to finger touch nor the s pen. It is at the startup screen when you reset it and the buttons on the phone work. My note 5 recognizes my S PEN but it is damaged. Should I get a new S-Pen? I also tried safe mode for the note 5 which was also no use.
