    Im thinking pre orders and current orders have completely different inventories which is why if you can't pre-order and reorder it ships right away. Again it's a guess

    I think I figured this shipping thing out. Pre orders are likely being sent in batch shipments and regular orders are being fulfilled from separate inventory. That's just a guess and only thing that makes sense to me.

    I ordered through Google and am doing phone trade in. New phone shipped today but haven't been charged for it yet. I did financing with Google's partner. Will I be charged after trade in or do they not usually charge right away?

    My 2 xl from Google shipped today as well with delivery estimate of Monday or Tuesday. Ugh now I have to wait out the weekend. At least it should be on the way.

    Mine was supposed to ship October 30th. I emailed support that night asking about it. They replied back yesterday saying they are forwarding it shipping department and to expect a response within 24 to 48 hours.

    They acknowledge a delay on some products but don't say which ones on support page but nothing on the phone purchase page.......

    What I don't understand is if you go to buy the phone again right now it shows a ship date in early November. Where does that date information come from if orders placed weeks before probably won't even ship by that date.
