Thanks for the suggestions. The Outlook app won't handle POP3 and two of my email accounts have to be POP3. Will consider your other option and hopefully I can make it work

Ok back to work. The unit is powered by the Samsung powerpack it came with - but it's never been powerful enough on its own. I tried clearing the cache and rebooting but same result. No idea what to do next. Will try one more time

Thanks B Diddy, I have turned the unit off and will now wait for the battery to recharge before I try anything else.
