Apps Not Downloading to Phone from PC Market Site

Cannot push info to phone from market (or apps) on PC
Not sure what's going on... HTC EVO 3D. Can grab apps from the market on the phone just fine, but when I go to the market on the PC it says it will install, but it just never happens. Also have an AV app on the phone that I can control from the PC, but when I change settings on the PC it never...- Rock80s
