I bought a new USB cord when I got this phone. I use it at work mainly for viewing and charging sometimes. But it seams like it never wants to charge right. The lighting bolt shows. Crape, it's losing charge. Anyone know of how to fix it? Posted via the Android Central App

I have the same issue. I found if I turned off WIFI it's fine. But I have found were WIFI turned off and open explore. It does the same thing for a little while Posted via the Android Central App

If my wifi is on it creates a problem with my Bluetooth. Once I turn it off, Bluetooth works fine. Did go to safe mode and it worked OK. Will have to call Verizon back Posted via the Android Central App
