I have a OnePlus 9 Pro 5G cell phone... How do calls get around being blocked, I'll have a block on it but I get calls from them even though they are blocked...and is there a way to fix this...

I have the app I'm talking about on my old phone and it's the version I want before the last update was done...my old phone has the radar I want on the app but my new phone has the new version (update) Maybe that will help B Diddy answer
