I have exactly the same problem, some alarms persistent in the database but doesnt show in the alarm app. I found a trick to show them: ask S Voice in the smartwatch to show you the alarms and... voilà! There they are! You can then delete them one by one asking by voice.

Nooo, Android Webview is causing it! Yahoo mail is probably using webviews, like Google Inbox. But any other app using webviews should present the problem! (Of course, if you unistall all apps using webview, it dissappears! ;-) )

Inside the webview app in the play store, go down and after the related apps and other apps there is box to participate in the beta program.
