Thank you. I have tried both these without success. The same problem occured about 2 ears ago and I had to reboot and delete all data. I will have to do the same again. Maybe time to move to Apple? Thank you for your help

I am not able to access anything on the tablet. The screen shows the time and date on the left hand side; and on the right hand side a space for the entry of an emergency number, below this it has the text "Emergency Call" In the menu bar at the bottom of the screen it has the return button...

When I switch on my Galaxy Note 10.1 it shows a screen with an Emergency Call option. I cannot go from there to home page. How do I change this?
