Finally finding this issue. Most likely & common culprit is Android! Likely even multi versions. I'm using 8.0.0 First is this even a valid notification? Likely not. If so, what does it mean? It offers to Explore & Eject but is Clear as Mud for what's needed! SanDisk referred me to Google...
