I'm disappointed because the HTC 10 had it out of the box. No excuse for a carrier not to include it on a device they are selling. It's a step backward. I've also never had to pay Sprint for it.

No visual voicemail, though. That's been disappointing. :(

Also, no visual voicemail on the Sprint U11. Come on, Sprint. You can do better.

I just had an external SD card come up as corrupt on my 10. Everything on there is gone. Luckily, I was backing up to the cloud. But still, never had an issue with internal memory. I would gladly pay a premium for higher internal capacity.

Where/how can I get a replacement bumper like the one that came with the phone?

After the update, unless I am in the same room as the router, my wi-fi constantly disconnects. It'll keep switching back and forth between wi-fi and LTE. If I am at the opposite end of the house, wi-fi won't connect at all, even if I can see that there's a signal.

I had a similar issue with my M8 back when I still had it. Super slow downloads when on wi-fi at home. Switched to LTE and it would work fast.

I had this issue a while back. I still had all of my text messages from when I got my first Android phone back in the Froyo days. Thousands of messages. Backed up the texts, deleted them all, and performance became snappy again.

Re: swiftkey done button in horizontal view Just tap on the down arrow on the right to minimize the keyboard and then Send. I know that's probably not what you wanted but there's not much else to be done. It's pretty much the same thing as Done.

It works with wired headsets that have built-in microphones.Not sure if a stand-alone microphone would work.
