    On my Galaxy S4 , why can't I hear anyone and no one can hear me on calls?

    Thank you jza95. I followed your instructions by turning off a any screen fro. Google now, I also turned off everything else in google now. Restarted my phone and so far it's working. I was able to listen to my voice messages. Thanks again.
