I have had the same issues with my pixel 2 since the awful Pi update. Google's customer support can only tell me to do a factory reset, and low and behold that didn't work either. Only fix at this point is to buy an iPhone and get off of any andriod product to get a working bluetooth...

I am having the same issue. I have even deleted the spotify app and reinstalled it, that didn't work, gone thru all the settings in spotify on my phone no luck. I have a 2016 crosstrek
