Where is/are the moisture indicator(s) on the Turbo? I've found online photos on most other Motorola phones, but not the Turbo.

Mine was brand in the box with a Turbo charger just as Eclipse said.

Right you can do a remote wipe if it was set up previously, but I already have the new phone activated and the old phone doesn't have cell service. You can't remote wipe unless the phone has service. I appreciate all suggestions in case I hadn't already thought of it.

Phone is currently powered on and I can see some colors in a small area of the screen, but I can't see anything to figure out where to scroll or even if I'm on the right screen. Not even sure how to power down when you can't see what's on or use the screen.

Is there a way to factory reset the DT without being able to use the screen which is broken and unusable? I hoping for some combination of button pushes as I want to wipe my info/data before sending it back now that I have my replacement phone.

Asurion did send a new phone. Can't say whether Verizon's would've been refurbished, but I expect you are correct there too.

I thought it was just my Mom forgetting to say something when she picked up the phone. I hadn't considered it might be the HD Voice delaying me hearing her. She's on a landline if that makes a difference and the cause of or contributing to the delay.

Re: Delete all Emails Turns out widgets can't be added to the dock. The issue with the app icon/shortcut for Blue Mail is that it doesn't show the count of unread emails which is something I would prefer it could do. Always trade-offs aren't there?

See that's what's great about the forum. I didn't really think about a difference between a widget and an app icon. I've never tried to add a widget to the dock. So I didn't realize it couldn't be done. Makes sense now. Thanks, Daihard.

I am trying Blue Mail, but found on my Droid Turbo that I can't add the Blue Mail widget to the dock. Is that just my phone or not at all possible with Blue Mail?
