I connected my oneplus one to Laptop via usb. I selected option of PTP ( Photo transfer protocol) i got a message that driver not recognised or some error sort of pop up. Now i dont find all my pics , videos in Cellphone nor in Laptop. I lost my 38 GB data. Please help me . what should i do...
