@mvysata, that's not what I was referring to. Rather, do they record notifications that were received before they were installed? These notifications are recorded by com.android.settings.

In retrospect, when a fixed duration elapses, modification appears to be disabled. This is problematic when a mistake persists in the content.

I believe that this is solely available for the GSMA's Universal Profile-based Rich Communications Services messages, and may even require that the carrier utilise Google Jibe.

Per revisions/260316/1 at Android Stack Exchange, although AOSP's activity provides a way to retroactively view dismissed notifications, it doesn't provide a way to extract them, and none of the alternatives appear to be able to retroactively consume dismissed notifications in order to extract them.
