Hi dpham00, I just tried that and it took me to the same "Welcome" setup page but this time it said SAFE MODE in the bottom left corner. It still wouldn't let me select anything and there was no factory data reset option on the screen. Is ther anything else I can do?

Hi dpham00, I just tried that and it took me to the same "Welcome" setup page but this time it said SAFE MODE in the bottom left corner. It still wouldn't let me select anything and there was no factory data reset option on the screen. Is ther anything else I can do?

I just opened my new Samsung Galaxy S5 and was trying to setup the phone but the setup wizard is stuck on the first Welcome screen. I inserted the SIM and it still will not go past this first screen and it actually won't even let me change the language. Any help would be great!
