Look on the back of the screen section. If you see a clear piece of plastic covering the back remove it and your screen section will slide MUCH smoother.

Running the Sholes stuff now. Very stable but not 100% perfect. I had problems with FC's with most apps that just the Google maps API. I fixed that by pushing a different com.google.android.maps.jar to the phone. Not hard to do but not for everyone either. I do trust it enough that I installed...

You can't uninstall the stock music app unless your phone is rooted. If it is simply add the extension ".bak" to the stock file located in /system/app and that will effectively uninstall it. Reinstalling is a simple matter of removing the .bak

No battery issues. In fact, in my case the battery seems to last longer because the processor sleep speed of 125 vs 250 on a stock Droid uses LESS battery.

Running Bugless 0.83 with the 1GHZ boot loader and the thing screams! Very sweet.

Between Slacker, Pandora, Droidlive, iheartradio, etc why does anyone need Sirius or XM? My wife and I canceled all our XM accounts after we got our Droid's Nothing against choice but paying for XM/Sirius just doesn't work for us anymore.

One, it removes the ads and Two, it's such a vast improvement over the stock browser that the developers deserve a small reward. IMHO, $4.99 is a small price to pay to keep development going. I do believe they would get a LOT more people to pay at $2.99 or less...
