Usually it's the other way around .. how to get the Gallery to scan for new pictures/videos :) A trick I learned is to put a zero byte file named ".nomedia" in the folder you don't want to show in the Gallery. Using ASTRO or other file managers, you can copy an existing .nomedia file from...
