I thought I had the same issue however, I turned off the phone for a reboot and then held them both down and it started working again. Not sure what fixed it. Hope this helps. Posted via the Android Central App

I had the same exact issue with a battery that was less than seven eight months old the thing was draining draining draining I went ahead and tried everything finally decided to go ahead and try another battery luckily I have a spare 14 in the phone and the phone started working normally once...
