    You have something wrong and it sounds as if it's in your server rather than on the Note. We use Exchange at work and I have my mail synced.     Good advice above, but one small correction -- not being able to install apps on your micro Sd card is NOT a Samsung thing, it's an Android thing.

    I assume you are asking me. I went to Samsung site and talked to a rep through chat. You'll need a copy of your receipt (you scan it and e-mail it) and your device's serial number.

    I think it's in Settings, Accessibility. See if you have TalkBack on. If so, turn it off.

    Pinch and zoom until you get it where you want it, then tap. On the right you can see the percentage. The only way you can get to do it again is really press haerd. That worked in ICS better though. It looks like a bug.

    It's the same except for US restrictions in the SW & I think we have some things that might be useless for you like Kno and access to some media. Basically it boils down to the fact that 8010 is international and 8013 is US.

    I've read that any 8010 will work . The US version has copyright restrictions you might not want.
