You can work round your problem by using a MIFI. In case you do not know about this product;- It is smaller than any cell-phone. Turn it on and put it in your pocket. It picks up the normal cell-phone signal and outputs it as a normal wifi signal. Up to 4 computers can log on to its wifi...

I have installed a film on my N7 (for when I,m on a flight etc.)..I put a DVD into my laptops DVD drive and copied it onto the HDD. I then connected the laptop to the N7 with a USB cable and copied the film to the N7.

Up to 2 days ago I would get a vocal answer to a simple search e.g. "Time in New Zealand". Now I only get written answers. Is this a general fault on N7 or just me?

If the voice activated search produces a list of suggested websites; no amount of touching, pressing or holding will induce the N7 to go to those websites. A search typed in is not a problem.
