also to boot to recovery press volume up and the two other buttons at the same time when it vibrates release the button the right when the rcovery shows up release the other buttons you need twrp or clock work mod recovery

ok what recovery are you using to install your custom rom with.to install a zipfile you find the file you want download it on your computer plug your phone in computer copy your file and open your phone in my computer you will see external card and internal memory copy it on external sd card use...

there are lots of custom roms for your phone you can use att there deadly venom omni rom liquid smooth cynogen mod just to name few if you want send me private message and ill give you info

it should of stored it on your sd card. do a titanium back up

check your apn settings and make sure your provider is checked also

depending what carrier and stuff you have gs4 you can use odin you can get the roms on xda hope this helps

i used odin method with cf auto root wheni check with root checker it says rooted
