I agree. Unless there is something wrong with your charger, the wall socket's power supply might be fluctuating. One thing you could try is to plug a power regulator on the wall socket then plug your charger on the regulator.

Hmm.. From my experience, it is GPM that comes with the device. The Samsung Music app, you have to install manually using Galaxy Apps app or Playstore. And btw, it's not an elevator type music, unless the one installed it likes intense drum beats. It's fusion jazz.
