Well, thanks anyway, it seemed to be solved. I went in and piddled some more with it last night, and something I did seemed to fix it. This morning I got the voice notification for a call.

I set up my Priority messages senders and Favorite contacts, correctly. I then went to Language and Input - Read notifications aloud - and set it for Calls from Fav contacts (read info aloud) and Messages From priority senders. It worked for a while, and was really neat, but for some reason...

Ha. well, the first case I got for it was an Otterbox Defender, and it made it way too big. But went with the other by Otterbox called the Commuter, which was much better and much more manageable. I think it is fine as long as you use it as is and don't go too large on the case. The Defender...
