    How rootable?

    If the droid3 has any grounds to stand on in terms of the bionic software, then the bionic should launch with 2.3.4 - which is currently not rootable with any current method except that new temproot method for htc devices from teamwinning

    From BAMF 1.6 to what next?

    I've been running OMFGB (recently switched to OMGB which is nearly stock AOSP) - gps and all of the features i use (which is just about everything) are great. I also seem to get much better battery life on CM/OM then any sense based rom.

    Had Root...but lost SuperUser

    Have you checked to make sure your running adb from the folder with adb or have added adb to your windows path? If you have adb installed or are running it correctly you shouldn't see "adb is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file."
