Mine got stuck in the reset loop then into the download mode. Tried to send it to Samsung but I bought it from Amazon and my Serial Number doesn't show up in their database!!! Amazon agreed to take it back for a full exchange. I'm pretty computer saavy but nothing I tried worked even tried...
