I've had this problem ever since I bought my Pixel 6a. Tried the disable hearing aids suggestion, didn't work. Finally, I went into Bluetooth settings and removed the paired devices - IT WORKED. Call volume control is now restored on the base phone. Go figure.....not sure what I will do upon...
