Had this same problem over the weekend. Hate that phone. I just broke the damn thing in half and tossed it in the trash. I am so over Samsung phones. Back to iPhone.

I did check with AT&T and the first thing they wanted me to do was a factory reset. Not prepared to do that because I don't have my phone backed up and I don't have a computer to do that right now. I talked to Samsung and they had me clear the cache yesterday and today my accounts were deleted.

About 3 or 4 times a week both my AT&T and my Yahoo email accounts are deleted from my phone. I really hate this phone and was looking so forward to getting away from the iPhone and getting an android. Big mistake. Forgot to ask my question. Anyone know how to stop this from happening or...
