Where are you from? I might be interested to join you. I've tried to contact Samsung, explain the situation, but all they said was there is no way it could happent without droping or some external forces. There is no way I could prove it is their fault.

Try contacting your local Samsung support service. I did that, not sure if they will do something, but I'm waiting for response. Unless you have Samsung Galaxy Care option.
