Wait for OTA Rootkeeper to be updated, or use another 4.3 update method?

Cool, that sounds simple enough. Thanks, will give it a try.

Wait for OTA Rootkeeper to be updated, or use another 4.3 update method?

Yeah, I used wugfresh for my original root, so I would hope for a similar experience...

Wait for OTA Rootkeeper to be updated, or use another 4.3 update method?

Well, the "bunch of reading" is exactly what I'd like to avoid. Like I said, it's pure laziness. I've gone thorugh the root steps once, and am not excited about doing it again. Rootkeeper has been my hero for 4.1 and 4.2. I'm willing to wait three to six months, if necessary. But on your other...

Wait for OTA Rootkeeper to be updated, or use another 4.3 update method?

OK, so I'll admit I'm lazy. I want an id10t-proof and minimum-work method of doing the update, while retaining root (8 GB Nexus, so I can't survive without StickMount). I'm not having any of the slowdown issues that others are complaining about, so I don't need fstrim any time soon. The Nexus...

Amazon Instant Video not working WITH Adobe Flash Player installed?!?

BladdyK, could you be more specific about what and where these steps are for the Nexus 7? The Flash settings don't have a "license protection panel," and you don't specify how or where to log out of Google (the closest I can find is "clear credentials" in the Settings/Security area. Is that it?)

What's wrong with zombies? If she likes "classic" Sim City, then Rebuild is perfect.

(UPDATED w/pictures) "Vostrostone" or similar Bluetooth keyboard cover?

No, it does not. Tried every Ctrl-character option. I did a little exploring, and discovered that Tab should be Key 15. The mapping for this keyboard skips straight from 14 to 16. Been trying to find a way to map some other keystroke combinaiton to Key 15, but have not stumbled across a...

Anybody have this bluetooth keyboard case(KHOMO black leather case)?

That looks like the same keyboard that came with my CrazyOn Digital case. Mine died at about two months. Warranty was one month. Caveat emptor.

    kindle books

This won't work. The books on the PC are encrypted to the Kindle ID of that PC, and won't open on the Nexus. Bigtroutz above has it right. Even easier, just log into your Amazon account from within the Kindle app on the nexus, and tap on "Archived items" (both while you're connected to wifi, of...

I suggest that you update your terms and conditions

It bothers me that the ownership of the site did not see fit to inform me when I joined that they would use information that I post as a means to make money for themselves. Yes, other sites do it, but it's part of the user agreement. Here, it is not.

I suggest that you update your terms and conditions

After a post I made to a forum this morning was edited (I assume automatically), I looked very carefully at the androidcentral.com terms and conditions document. It states: This sentence does not make precisely clear the practice that I discovered this morning: that you ADD your affiliate tag...

Is there a longer charge cord available for this device?

I use this one: Amazon.com: Mediabridge High Speed USB 2.0 A-Male to Micro-B Cable - 6 feet: Computers & Accessories, and get full-speed charging. Bought it from my wife's account, so I didn't think to submit a review for use with my Nexus.
