    [GALAXY S4] BUG THREAD!! Found a bug?

    In my Galaxy S4, The system is not in mute but the phone doesn't play sounds even on apps. I also checked the settings wherein I can regulate the sounds coming from the system, media, etc.. but they are all max out. I would really appreciate your help ;D
