How do I get rid of....

Dont disable multiwindow. That is nice feature on the phone. In order to disable the annoying menu on the side. Just hold the back button right of the home button. That makes it go and come back.

    Next note 10.1?

Since no one wants to respond. Here you go. Expect something early October time. Samsung reportedly readying 12.2-inch Galaxy Note tablet | Android Atlas - CNET Reviews I say October since the article states that the Tablet will be coming out before the IPad, and the last iPad came out on...

Massive Battery Drain on Samsung Galaxy S2 with JellyBean GB27

Sometimes when new updates are installed on your device especially huge updates like upgrading OS versions will sometimes have some quirks. Your best bet is to do a couple of power drains. Meaning let the phone perform as expected and let it die. Then charge it completely while it is dead. The...

    GB15 Rumored on XDA

It's good to know that Sprint is still working with Samsung to get Jellybean on this device. I doubt 4.2 will make it on hear, but 4.1 is more than enough. I have been running Samsung's JB leaks for this device for a little over 2 months and couldn't be happier. Feeling of an S3 on my S2.

Can I flash an ota update?

I wouldnt do it. Im pretty sure it will get stuck in recovery when it tries to update. Just do it manually without deleting data.

How do I remove my user name, phone #, etc from settings?

That information does not go away. Sprint has to intervene in order to remove that information. I bought a used phone from some dude and all his information was on their. I'm not the one to abuse this type information, but when I activated the phone on my account it updated the settings phone...

After much frustration, new phone being mailed tomorrow!

How old was the phone, and how old is the battery? Stuff like this happens and for the most part, stock epic 4g touch (assuming you are in decent rage of towers) has a respectable battery life. I still don't understand why you would use sprint chat, but of course personal preference.

    Play video through ps3?

I am pretty sure the Sprint GS2 does not support DLNA natively. You might have to use a 3rd Party app. For the most part, it is probably really difficult to pull off.

I'd really like to run CyanogenMod on my E4GT, but...

Yeah pretty much. Just enjoy Jellybean on your device.

Do you use a screen protector?

I have had my phone for a little over a year and half. Never used a screen protector. Only a few minor scratches on the screen that I can barely see. I literally have to use a magnifying glass to find them. I have a lot of faith in Gorilla Glass. Though my housing is really showing some major...

I'd really like to run CyanogenMod on my E4GT, but...

Hopefully. You were able to get your phone flashed to CM10

I'd really like to run CyanogenMod on my E4GT, but...

Well I would start off with CM10. Such as stated here. [ROM] CyanogenMod 10.1 - WILD FOR THE NIGHT - Feb. 8, 2013 - xda-developers Make sure you have both the ROM and the GAPPS somewhere on your phone. It doesnt matter if it is located in internal or external storage. Make sure you are not on...

Ridiculously faster processor and storage compared to my last phone--custom ROM?

Nope not at all. Assuming you are on stock ICS, the stock rom is really good and reliable. There are a couple of roms out there that are good to flash especially CM10. I personally have been using the JB leaks for this device. GA10 is the most recent leak that is around that is stable. Though...

    Help !

So you like the regular stock launcher that comes with ICS. I prefer touchwiz overlay for the most part. You may have to disable touchwiz from reappearing. I know you can switch launchers easily by using the Sprint ID app.
