Already got a new SIM card and it didn't fix the issue APN settings are still the same

They haven't made any suggestions other than me leaving it in for testing/repair. Im more than likely going to do this but if there's anything I can do myself to fix it id rather just do that

I've had it for a month or so but the issue only started a couple of days ago

s9+ is getting no service My s9+ isn't getting any service. It isn't the sim card as it works in other devices. The phone is recognising the sim card and I can use wifi calling/texting but I'm not getting any service without the wifi on. Tried factory resetting it as well as other things
