    Razr - go to settings, sounds then volumes and the only options I have are Music, video, games & other media Ringtone Notifications Alarms There are no settings for phone volume

    sudden low in-call volume

    I am having the same problem. I have no volume on incoming or on outgoing calls. I have checked every place I can think of and I can't find any settings for phone volume. Any help would be greatly appreciated,
