for me I think it's the fact that there are so many different versions of the software. In Europe you see only one but here in the US you have to wait because we have to deal with different bloatware, different firmware and different configurations provided by the customer that was not...

The fact that a smartphone has an 8mpx camera and works just as fine as a point and shoot. Updating my facebook pics and other stuff on the fly would be easy especially that I can constantly update my tweets. I have no other issues.
