Old post, I know - but I thought you might like to know that I am about to (reluctantly) return my 3rd V30+, 2 of them have lost sound from the RH channel. So you can rest easy in your decision as there have been no improvements in build quality.

...and just like that, now the headphone jack has lost the RH channel on phone#3 too. This store must have received a bad batch as I don't see this being a common issue (yet). I think I'll be headed over to Samsung after all.

Similar story here: V30+ #1 had a bad connection in the headphone jack (Quad DAC HiFi in mono), while #2 didn't even get unwrapped as it had several lines of dead pixels running down the screen. I'm returning #3 today as it has developed a thin grey line straight down the centre of the...
