Yesterday noticed three dead pixels on the screen, but I can only see them on the black screen, so I don't know if that's a defect and is there a point of rma'in my second phone..

btw was I supposed to receive a UPS sticker so that I don't have to pay for a new one? Because I haven't got one in the box. edit: nvm, the ups label was in my mailbox

Just got a new one, and yeah, the same problem. I'm gonna test the rest of the phone to see if I can find anything new.

btw guys who rma'd do I need to report to Google that I'm sending my old device back? or do I just send it back with that .pdf printed and new UPS sticker? Thanks. receiving a new one today.

I don't own a bumper, but from what I've seen, they do provide some protection, but not as good as some other ones. Right now I have ugly ionic armor case because I need my device to be protected, and I'm patiently waiting for UAG to make their firm cases for N4. I should say that with bumper...

Yeah, I just ordered an RMA and they didn't charge me for anything. I will get UPS sticker to send the old one back, so it's awesome. I just hope the new one isn't going to be worse :)

That's true. I can definitely stay with this phone, but I just decided to try my luck. It's free anyways :)

My RMA is on its way, and if it has the same "problem" I will tell you. My only concern was that it bothered me a little, but I decided to RMA it anyway.

I requested an RMA. Guys I have a quick questiong for those who had RMA process before. Did you use the same box from the newly arrived device to send it back? And was there a UPS sticker inside so that you could use that? Thanks.

I'm still not sure if I should RMA it. Yeah it kinda bothers me and I know its only a camera focus but then again, next phone I'll most likely have the same problem or even something worse than that. Also I will probably have to wait for a new phone long. My main concern is that it can get...

I mean rattle when shaking it or just slightly moving. For me the sound from the earpiece is not a problem at all, doesn't bother me, but that shaking sound is just annoying...

wow, so after I decided not to RMA this phone (rattle when shaking/moving/putting on a table), the sound because louder and more annoying. I guess I will need to RMA... :(
