    I agree with all the above points. Essential team knocked it out of the park with the hardware design... so much so that I gave up my s8+ and came back to the ph1. If they can nail the lil QC issues (multiple finger registers, speaker grill from first batch, camera processing) and MAYBE switch...

    For me, if the Essential team tightens up on QC (multiple finger registers, speaker grill issue from the first batch)switch out to a wide angle/regular lens set up and get the camera processing right on launch.     I honestly hope the edges/side of the phone aren't rounded. The 10 had a nice slight back curve, and an edge that made it nice to grip. Both the Essential and the G6 have nice straight edges. After selling the 10 and picking up the S8+, I hated gripping that curved edge... hence why I have an...

    I'm surprise no one has "leaked" the actual phone yet. with an ETA of next month, HTC is doing a good job keeping it under wraps... and no, I'm not counting the phone that was shown at the show. since parts of it were hidden.
