Today's workout will be a recover run or medium run of 8.5. Hard workout last night - 5 mile tempo run followed by 4 x 1 mile repeats and then a one mile cool down.

I actually kicked off my training for the Illinois Half Marathon and Grandma's Marathon in June. My first three workouts: Monday Feb 4 - 8.5 miles easy Tuesday Feb 5 - 5 mile tempo run followed by 4 X 1 mile repeats then 1 mile cool down. Wed Feb 6 - 8 mile easy to medium run.

The 4G signal is still going strong in Peoria/East Peoria this morning. Here is to hoping it stays:cool:

Looks like Verizon is doing some testing or perhaps getting ready to turn on 4G for the Peoria IL. area. My Rezound has been connected to a 4G signal all morning. I though may be my phone was messed up, but I shut it down and restarted it - still showing 4G.

This would be a great addition to our home and help with my kid's homework.

I could use a 4G phone so I am ready when it gets here.

I am a convert from a Blackberry to the Android world and have no plans to ever return back. I love this OS and the phones.
