Glad you like it! I've been using it for about 3-4 years now maybe. I hardly even have to type anymore as the predictions are that good. It's awesome once it starts learning your typing habits.

Although I don't have them turned on at the moment, SwiftKey has an option to turn on arrows. I've tried a few different keyboards over my years, but SwiftKey blows everything away.

I'm not sure what you mean by this? Do you mean just a shortcut to the alarm page to turn that alarm off all together? If so, then if you use two fingers to swipe down the top notification bar to bring up the shortcuts, there is the upcoming alarm shown next to the time. Click on that to go to...

I can't believe you guys missed out on the headphones. We got them here in Australia. I have been using some Klipsch S4A's for the past few years and they're not too bad, but the HTC ones are a lot better. Not sure why you didn't get any.
